We are so excited to welcome you into our Dashing Family! Below you’ll find some very important information on what to expect from our salon. We do operate differently than most salons so its very important to review the information to ensure we are the right shop for your family.

Drop Off- First visit can seem very stressful, here is how we have it alittle less chaotic!

During scheduling you’ll be contacted by text message, this thread is open for all staffing to view! Here you can send pictures of past grooms or desired clips. This way at check in your groomer can be on the same page and can ask the important questions to make sure you are confident with your service.

A groomer or the receptionist may feel over your pet; They will be checking for compactment or matting of the coat. some haircuts and lengths may not be possible due to coat condition.

Don’t be discouraged! Some coats can be very tricky to maintain. We are here to help get you on the right schedule to get your pet to the desired clip with the pets comfort as a priority.

Pick up- When your pet is ready you’ll receive a text. Please respond with a estimated pick-up time so we know you receive the message. You will also receive a online payment link to pay before pick up to make the pick up experience quick and easy. You can still choose to pay in store.

Drop off Time- Each Pet is scheduled their own appointment time. Within 30 minutes upon drop off your pet will begin their bathing process with one of our trained groomer assistants. Haircut times can vary depending on the scheduled groomer and their prior appointments. We NEVER rush a groom. It can be very hard to predict how much time will be needed per pet, along with this some of our groomers are capable of grooming quicker than others. Ideally we have small dogs ready for pick up within 2.5 hours, Medium dogs 3.5 hours and large dogs 4.5 hours.

Scheduling- We offer a easy to use Online booking portal , Text message communication scheduling, and prebooked grooming schedules.

Pricing and services- Our pricing is structured to fit the needs of your pet, desired haircut, length of hands-on time to complete groom, and coat condition.

Handling- We Provide grooming based on Fear Free Methods. We don’t use muzzles, and we utilize assistants for holding/comforting/ distracting.

Client Expectations- To Avoid over booking and get our salon priced affordable for the service we provide, we do need the help and understanding from our clients.

Late arrival - We understand traffic can cause travel delay, we allow a 15 minute window after your appointment time before needing to reschedule.

Cancelations- With a 24-hour notice you won’t be charged a $20 fee. This Fee goes directly to your groomer to compensate for lost wages. For unexpected last-minute emergencies, we wave the fee up-to twice a year.

Staff Treatment- We do not staff anyone that isn’t passionate about the well-being of ALL animals! We understand there might be times we don’t meet your expectations, We are always open to making it right. Yelling, Criticism that could lead to Discouragement, Threatening, or bashing will not be tolerated! We are humans, lets talk about the issue and see how we can resolve it without aggressive methods.
